1. Digital Products

IndusLabs primarily offers digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products. Upon successful payment and registration, your access to the platform is typically activated immediately or within 24 hours. Services are delivered electronically via the internet, and no physical shipping is involved for software subscriptions.

2. Hardware Devices

In cases where hardware or physical devices are purchased tailored for on-premise deployments:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on the destination.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship physical items primarily within India. For international enterprise deployments, shipping arrangements are handled on a case-by-case basis through our sales team.

4. Order Tracking

If you ordered a physical product, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
